Stern Listeners 18+ Intent Beyond January 1, 2006

Bridge Ratings is currently measuring radio listening and audience behavior in several markets where Howard Stern is heard. In response to queries regarding the potential audience Howard will take with him to the Sirius Satellite service in January of 2006, Bridge Ratings has been surveying Stern listeners in these markets* to determine the interest in subscribing to the service due to Howard's migration.

In June, 2005, we began asking additional behavioral questions. These additional questions were asked to gather further data related to current Stern listeners and how their listening will change once Stern makes the switch to Sirius Satellite radio. How will Stern's departure impact his current terrestrial stations?

For the purposes of this survey, Bridge Ratings interviewed listeners who voted Howard as their "Favorite" morning show personality during our weekly listener surveys of these markets.

The following results represent Howard Stern listeners Persons 18+ .

Listeners were asked if they:

a. Were aware that Howard Stern would be moving his show to satellite radio in January 2006;

b. Would be subscribing to Sirius in order to continue to hear the "Howard Stern Show".

c. Were aware of the costs associated with subscribing to Sirius.

d. Would subscribe once they were aware of the cost implications.

At the conclusion of part "D" above, we are now asking listeners what their intent is once Stern leaves his current station. The following was asked next:

e. "Of the following choices, what is your intent once Howard Stern leaves his current radio station?"

1. I'll keep listening to the station Howard's on now.

2. I only listen to the station because if Howard's and will seek out other stations. I have not yet decided to subscribe to Sirius Satellite Radio.

3. I intend to follow Howard to Sirius Satellite radio.

4. I'm not sure.
